This project is about the replica of the Mars Rover Robot called as Galaxy RVR Robot designed using ESP32 CAM & Arduino. This robot is based upon the same universal rocker-bogie system employed by NASA’s real Mars rovers. The Robot can traverse all kinds of terrains - be it the Rocky Mountains, sandy beaches, or grassy fields. The suspension system ensures smooth mobility, making the alien world of Mars feel just like home.
The Robot is occupied with the high-definition camera module. The camera offers a first-person view, providing an immersive piloting experience as if you’re truly navigating the Red Planet. Apart from all these features the robot detects obstacles and avoids them. The robot is simple to operate as you can connect the Robot to your Android/IoS app. By using the sunfounder controller application you can control the robot and have a real-time visualization.

Very good information but for your information, the code you are using is not about streaming live videos it actually stream photos MJPEG. That's why your video is lagging. And also blynk Needs to connect to same network. These points you didn't mention.

Just a note to anyone who is contemplating building this project (or the near identical project with geofencing), I'd suggest you wait or at least review the schematic before ordering any PCBs or parts. The PC board has a short (VCC to GND) right next to the USB port (you can see it on the schematic). The USB is primary used for charging the 3.7v battery (via the charging controller), but this short could potentially damage the USB port on a PC or Laptop (I discovered this short after ordering, receiving the boards and partial assembly). Within the last week or so, I've contacted the project creators and I hope that we can get the schematic and gerber files corrected so that hobbyists could be successful and enjoy building this project
